Meet Pamela
Hi, I'm Pamela 👋
Born in Venezuela, I moved to Mallorca on my own and spent almost 20 years building a life in Europe.
Then, with my husband and children, another chapter began: Grand Bahama.
Today, we don't just live here. We're raising our family here, boating these waters, building homes, developing projects and navigating all the wonderful — and occasionally ridiculous — realities of island life.

Why Grand Bahama?
There was more to this island than beautiful water.
What attracted us to Grand Bahama wasn't only the beaches.
It was the combination of space, freedom, opportunity and a different pace of life — a place where our children could grow up outdoors, where boating could be part of everyday life, and where there was still room to build, create and invest.
Freeport also has a unique economic and investment environment under the Hawksbill Creek Agreement, adding another dimension to an island already positioned just off the coast of Florida.
But for us, the decision was never only financial.
It was about the kind of life we wanted to build.

Yes, the water really is this blue.
But island life is also school runs, grocery shopping, local traditions, construction, weather, boat days and all the ordinary moments in between.
That's the Grand Bahama I share.
Behind the scenes
Building in paradise isn't always paradise.
Real estate and development were already part of our lives before Grand Bahama.
Here, those worlds began overlapping again — homes, waterfront living, hospitality, lifestyle and the experience of creating a place from the ground up.
But behind every beautiful rendering is the part people rarely see: plans, permits, contractors, materials, deliveries, changes, setbacks and a constant stream of problems to solve.
